This week has been so busy I nearly forgot all about my promise of revealing my new logo today! So, instead of spending my Friday night drinking at the local pub or relaxing in the bath tub, I’m putting out a little behind the scenes article on my new logo and share the final design with you. I’m also offering a special giveaway to celebrate everything that’s going on this month!I’m also offering a special giveaway to celebrate everything that’s going on this month!

A few weeks ago, when I decided that it was time to invest back into the business as much as I can, I decided that I had to review my branding. You can read all about it in this article, but to cut a long story short, my brand was basically non-existent. After we had discussed the colours, feelings and values behind my brand, we decided that a new logo was absolutely necessary to tie everything together.
Although I run an online business, I am still very much a person that handwrites a LOT of things. I have my bullet journal and organise all of my notes and thinking processes on paper. I can’t plan a new system, automation or process in front of a computer screen. I tried various online tools and while I can project manage with them, I can’t plan without having it written at least once. So to me, it was extremely obvious that I wanted to include a handwritten element across my brand. I sent off a very detailed initial brief and then went through the double revision stage to arrive at the final result.
The finished product
And here is the bit you have probably been waiting for: The final design of my new logo.
We decided to keep the new logo really simple and easy to read. I have a difficult surname and I wanted it to be easily visible. The personal aspect is brought to my logo by a part of my signature. I decided to keep the new logo clear of any reference to Virtual Assistant, because I don’t feel that the term always reflects what I do.
So, what do you think about my new logo? I love it and think that it reflects me and what I do. A bit like signed, sealed delivered- I’m Yours.
So, excited to see what else is coming? Great. Follow me on Instagram to see what else is happening during Rebranding October. Next week I’m sharing some sneak peeks from my new brand photos.
