Almost all of our content is delivered in a digital format and therefore, a lengthy refund period could result in plagiarism and theft of our intellectual property.
Unless otherwise required by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any part of your payment for any of our 1:1 services, masterminds, coaching programs, courses and programs except under this one condition: Please submit evidence to us that you have completed all the course modules, done the work and show that EVEN after taking action, the instructions provided and the methods used have NOT worked for you. [Evidence includes completed workbooks, screenshots of your activity on Facebook etc.].
