How Time-blocking Can Increase Your Productivity
One of the main challenges I have in my business is that I am extremely good at the BIG picture but I can also get really sucked into doing something and then time will run away with me. To make sure that I meet ALL of my obligations and do so in the most efficient way for me personally I started time-blocking a few months ago.
So whenever possible I try to allocate blocks of time to certain types of tasks and once that time is finished I move on to a different part of running my business.
