I know tech isn’t the sexiest aspect of running a business but it’s one of my Boring Business Pillars – and for a very good reason.
From marketing to sales and delivery, tech that doesn’t work costs you. Usually in lost leads, lost sales and more refunds. Nevermind the amount of stress this causes when something breaks mid-launch.
And in the long run this kind of stuff affects your reputation.
How I work
I don’t work in hourly retainers, they are usually hard to organise, work takes longer than necessary making planning hard, and someone is always loosing out.
I want to get your projects done in the most efficient way possible, so there are 3 ways I work with clients:
These are chunky custom projects involving multiple deliverables with a varied scope. Basically anything that isn’t on my fixed projects list or involves multiple things from the project list. Depending on the size of your project, you may need more than one day (eg. you need an evergreen webinar funnel with multiple upsells).
$1500 per day
These projects are clearly defined and I have done them many times. Therefore I offer a fixeed price for a fixed list of deliverables (eg. a freebie funnel or a welcome automation).

These will usually also be delivered in one day or less.

You have an annoying list of odds and ends that need fixing and no one to go to? Then book me for 2 hours or 4 hours (depending on the length of the list) and I’ll knock out as many things as I can in that time.
The types of stuff I fix in these sessions is broken email automations, things on websites behaving funky, issues with integrations, coupon codes refusing to work etc.

How can we work together?
1. You submit the form below and tell me a little bit about your project.
2. I will send you the Next Steps, Invoice, What I Need, and a Calendar Link to reserve your time slot(s) – (I put all work on the calendar, so you always know when I’ll be working on it).

3. You send me everything I need before your session and I test logins etc.
4. I get to work and send your finished project back to you with any instructions you need.

Work I can share
Since most of my work happens on the backend and I am usually required to sign NDAs I can’t share much of the tech setups, but the button below will take you over to the stuff I can share.
How do we communicate before and during projects?
I use a platform called Kitchen.co to handle all of my projects and clients.
Once I’ve received your booking, I will set up your workspace and send you an invite. We can chat, share files and document all the work via kitchen. I do not use email, whatsapp, FB messenger or slack to communicate about client projects, it’s just too many messages in too many places.
You will have your own personalised folder where we add all of your files, we can collaborate on documents, we can chat and your project tasks live here too. This works exactly like folders on your computer would.
This is also where we can chat about your project, during as well as before and after your session.
And this is where we will be managing your tasks. Works just like Trello and friends.

Which platforms do you support?
I am completely tool-agnostic, because not every tool is right for every business.
I have been supporting clients with all things tech for 7 years and in this time have used about every platform out there.

Do you have a portfolio?
I have gathered the work I can share from the last few years on a portfolio page. You can see it here. You will find client comments, a variety of work from different areas and photos from live events I’ve attended for clients.
What is your availability?
Once you have filled out the enquiry form you will receive a calendar link to book your session with me. I have multiple 2 hour, 4 hour and VIP Day sessions in my schedule every week. You can also book and pay for these ahead of time if you want regular support. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
What is your payment process?
All of my work is scheduled in my calendar, so you will always receive a booking link through TidyCal and you can make your payment when you reserve your slot.
Do you sign up for accounts for me?
No. I will give you a list of accounts that we need, you sign up for them and arrange for payment and then share the logins with me. You will always be the owner of your accounts.
Do I need to be online for the whole session?
No. When we book you in I will tell you if your project needs. a call, as well as what you need to have ready before your session. We can then either do the call before your session or at the start of your session depending on time zones. The rest of the time I will work on your project by myself.
What if I have a random list of tasks?
Great! I love a bit of variation. You will be able to add all of your tasks in order of priority into Kitchen, my client management software, and then I will work them off one by one.
