But, the thing is.

ENTER THE TECH VIP DAY
Here are some of the things that we can accomplish in a day.
Set up an entire evergreen funnel (opt-in page, sales page, checkout and a short email series for delivery)
Set up your new course platform (formatting and setting up your course, adding a short welcome sequence for purchasers)
Set up or migrate your email service provider (moving subscribers and tags/groups/lists, setting up your automations)
Here’s how we’ll work together.
The process is the same whether you’re booking me for a half day, full day or multiple days.
Book Your Day
Book your VIP Day by reserving the date in my calendar and paying the 50% deposit. (Please allow at least 1 week for you to have enough time to supply the prep work and make sure everything else is READY to go BEFORE the appointment date)
Preparation
I will read through the information you have submitted during your booking and prepare all of the follow up info I need to get this project done (I will ask for specific project details, branding, passwords, copy, images and anything else I may need to get this done).
If your project is complex, I may ask you to book on to a call with me, so I can be 100% sure that I got this.
I get to work
Then it’s time for me to spend the time booked on actually getting the work done while you do whatever you like that day. I should’t need you to be around because we’ve already discussed all of your project details. I will only reach out to your in case I need your approval for something. I will email.
Handover
At the end of your VIP Day I’m going to record you all of the videos that you need to get the show on the road.
I want you to leave with everything set up and working – and feeling empowered that you can get it done yourself thereafter should you need to make any changes to your setup in future as your business grows or your offer changes.

I help business owners to put tech and systems in place that grow as they grow.
I have spent the last 7 years wrangling the tech, systems and marketing for 7-figure businesses as CTO and CMO – and at this point there probably isn’t an issue I haven’t dealt with.
Most of my clients were always running on tight schedules, and the end result was that I usually had no more than 1 or 2 days to pull off all the tech for a six-figure launch.
And that’s how the idea for the Tech VIP Day was born.
When I’m not working, I love learning about topics that currently interest me (Hello ADHD!), I spend time with my friends going on trips around Albania or just having a chill BBQ together.

Will I need to be on Zoom on the Tech VIP Day Date?
Nope. I spend a lot of time on the prep work so that you don’t have to show up anywhere on the day and I can work in through until I’m finished. I do ask that you keep an eye on your email, in case I run into any issues or need approval for anything.
Will I need to have my own tools set up?
Yes, all of the work will happen in YOUR accounts, so you own all the data. If youβre not sure which software works best for you, I can give you recommendations.
What happens if we are on different time zones?
I am based in Central Europe (that’s Berlin time, around 6 hours ahead of New York and 9 hours ahead of California, 8 hours behind Sydney).
If we have a big time difference I will adjust my hours slightly to have a bigger overlap, in case I need to get hold of you, to get things approved etc.
If that’s not possible, then I will split the Tech VIP Day over 2 days so we have enough time for feedback in between.
I am not good at writing, can you create all the copy for me as well?
Nope. If that’s not your jam, then please hire someone for copy ahead of the project date.
I can only get started with the project when I have all the pieces.
Why do a VIP Day?
It’s fast. It’s efficient. You know when your stuff will be done and you can plan accordingly.
Honestly, most tech projects only take a day or two to pull off if all the pieces are ready to go.
Most of the time I’ve worked on tech projects I’ve spent chasing copy, chasing design and organising people. The actual tech aspects would always take the LEAST amount of time (because I KNOW what I’m doing).
I’ve also spent years on retainer with clients who really didn’t have enough ongoing work, and I am not interested in wasting people’s money.
So this is the best of both worlds.
What if we run out of time?
Sometimes things need to shift during implementation. You may decide that you want something done differently, realise that some stuff you were working on is not quite ready, or your list of odds and ends is more than can be done in a day – or sometimes clients are not available to respond.
Should this happen, Iβll get done everything we can, quickly and efficiently, and then you can either book an additional half-day or I can empower you to the best of my ability with a video tutorial.

Can I hire you on retainer instead?
No. I stopped all retainer work and fractional CTO roles in 2023 and am not intending to restart it.

What happens if I don't do my prep work?
I can only do your VIP Day if I get your prep-work.
After you sign up I will send you the prep work and the due date by which I need everything back.
If the project is complex, I will also book in a call with you.
The day before your VIP day, I will test all of the logins etc. and let you know if anything doesn’t work so you can fix it.
If I don’t get your prep work, you don’t respond to me, you don’t attend the call, or your passwords on the day don’t work, then I will be unable to complete your work.
Because I can’t replace the income for the day, I will be keeping your deposit to cover my loss of work. This will not be refunded.
